A few major events happen in this episode that will effect many others. For starters afar receiving a note from A, she run to Dr. Sullivans, where her friends meet up with her. Then they final decide to tell her about A. Later in the episode Kate gets Hanna drunk and Hanna throws up on Isabel's dress. Hanna's dad then makes Hanna and his own mom leave. While Emily is at dinner with Maya, Dr. Sullivan calls Emily to tell her she knows who A is. So Emily tells her friends and they rush over to the office to find A killed the Doctor.
